Luxury villas for sale in Marrakech

Domaine Dar Chmicha is the name of our development of luxury villas. The architectural styles of the villas are Berber Baroque and Maroc Baroque. We are located in southern Morocco, eight miles south of the great imperial city of Marrakech.

This ancient and picturesque red city has the Atlantic Ocean one hundred miles to the west, and the foothills of the snow capped Atlas Mountains 30 miles to the south and east.

We are 20 minutes drive from Menara airport and the city, in the direction of the Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains.

There are three golf courses close by.
